The mission of our Academy is to empower young tech enthusiasts to start their IT careers. Over the past 4 years, we have already successfully finished 17 workshops and gained a lot of experience. However, we're always striving to do even better with each new batch and investing a lot of time to give the best experience to every candidate who applies.

Selection process
Have you ever applied for a job only to face silence after an interview? We understand how frustrating and discouraging that can be. At Povio Academy, we're committed to providing a different experience, since we understand that, for many, this might be their first job related interview. That's why we're dedicated to ensuring a positive journey for all applicants. We believe in transparency, support, and personal growth throughout our selection process.
Thorough Review of Applications
Our process begins with a thorough review of applications from aspiring candidates. We review each application carefully, checking qualifications and spotting potential. Our goal is to understand who you are, what your background is, and what you aspire to.
Get-to-know-you Call
After we've gone through applications, we'll identify qualified candidates and set up a short video call to get to know you better. This is where you can tell us more about yourself, what your strengths are, and where you see yourself going. We will tell you a bit more about Povio and provide a deeper understanding of our academies and planned timeline. We aim to help you reach your full potential, even if it means suggesting other academies or positions that might be a better fit for you.
Assignment and/or Technical Call
Once we've had the chat, and if we find that we're a great match, we'll move on to the next step. This might involve an assignment with a fun challenge and/or a short technical interview, depending on the role and academy program. It's an opportunity for you to shine and show us what you can do.
Even if you don't move forward to the second stage, we truly appreciate the effort you've put into our selection process. Our goal is to help everyone grow, and we're committed to providing valuable resources and constructive feedback to support your development. Sometimes, due to time constraints and the specific selection processes of each academy, we may not be able to provide immediate feedback to everyone. But don't worry! You can always shoot us an email requesting feedback, and we'll be more than happy to prepare it for you.
