Off-the-shelf GPS didn’t cut it for plow logistics. We combined Google Matrix & Directions APIs with custom calibrations to generate dynamic, plow-specific routes.

Real-time sync

Storms move fast. To keep dispatch, drivers, and customers aligned, we built seamless real-time updates with WebSockets and Redis.

Load-resistant architecture

Snow events trigger massive demand. Our event-driven architecture with BullMQ handled high task volumes without breaking.

Easy admin controls

Dispatchers needed fast edits. We delivered a live map interface with drag-and-drop route editing for stress-free control.
